JV defeated Hinsdale Central 4-1 in game 2 to win the Illinois West Scholastic Cup. After being down 1-0, CJ Kruger tied the game in the first period. Andrew Korallus scored later in the first to give JV the lead. Josh Rich scored an insurance goal in the third followed by Peter Elser's exclamation mark with an empty net goal. Noah Holtschlag was brilliant again in goal to keep the Red Devils at bay. Congratulations to JV on winning the 2016 Scholastic Cup!!
